The course is based on the author's personal experience and a survey of 20 men who managed to win their girlfriends back — not on book theory.

The more precisely you follow the steps, the higher your chances of success — even if the steps seem paradoxical.

Six weeks is an average timeframe: for some it's a week and a half, for others three months; move to the next week only after completing the stage's conditions.
